About Us

Learn more about MICC and our goal to provide opportunities for companies to pursue God’s vision in their ministry

Who We Are

Mission Impact Capital Company (MICC) is a Christian nonprofit organization dedicated to helping share the gospel of Jesus Christ with people around the world. We support those who are actively working to make disciples, serve communities, and bring hope through faith-based initiatives.

Our work centers on empowering individuals and organizations engaged in community development, education, leadership training, Scripture translation, and other gospel-centered efforts.

MICC provides capacity-building grants and program-related loans to international partners who are committed to uplifting underserved communities and advancing the message of Christ in culturally relevant ways.
We also develop tools like the Gospel to All Peoples and Places (GAPP) platform, which helps gospel workers track their progress, collaborate with others, and connect with supporters back home.
MICC is deeply committed to stewardship and compliance. All international funding is governed by rigorous protocols to ensure transparency, lawful operation, and alignment with our mission to proclaim Christ and serve others faithfully.

Through these efforts, MICC seeks to fulfill the Great Commission—making disciples of all nations and sharing the love of Jesus wherever they go.

Rod Gunther

After 25 years in the Air Force, Rod retired in 1996 and then joined a company that worked mostly with the DOD where he became a Vice President and led a Profit and Loss Sector with some 500 employees. He then retired (again) in 2021 and moved to Virginia.
When he moved here, he felt God’s call to join Swift Creek Baptist Church. He continues to grow in his personal walk by spending more quality time in the Word, praying, and thanking God daily. He is both challenged and encouraged by his small group, the sermons, the pastor’s mid-week classes, and participating in a very active discipleship group. He became part of the MICC Board in November 2023 where he serves as the Secretary/Treasurer.
